One request, one introduction, with your permission
Your Savvy Move is a small operation run by a working REALTOR®. That shapes how the matching service works — and what we will not claim about it.
The process, start to finish
1. You tell us about your move
Destination, timeline, what kind of help you need, and how you prefer to be contacted. Nothing is required beyond a name, an email, and where you are headed.
2. Your request comes to us — only to us
Submissions are delivered to the Your Savvy Move inbox and reviewed by Kimi George. They are not forwarded automatically, not entered into a lead marketplace, and not visible to any outside professional.
3. We research your destination
After we receive your request, we identify and evaluate professionals serving that market — looking at relevant experience, local knowledge, responsiveness, and fit with what you told us. This research happens after your request, not before it.
4. We propose one introduction
We tell you who we have in mind, the brokerage they work with, and why we think they suit your move. You decide whether to proceed.
5. Nothing is shared until you say yes
Only after you approve that specific introduction do we share your contact and relocation information — with that one professional, and no one else.
What we are careful not to say
- We do not claim a complete nationwide partner network already exists.
- We do not claim every city already has a City Partner.
- We do not claim every destination has been researched in advance.
- We do not select an agent before you submit a request.
- We do not claim every city has a completed relocation guide.
- We do not guarantee a particular result.
What is true: Your Savvy Move identifies and evaluates potential professionals after receiving a destination request.
Referral compensation
Draft — pending broker approval
Your Savvy Move may receive a referral fee from the real-estate brokerage that ultimately assists you. This does not increase the price you pay for real-estate brokerage services. You are never required to work with a professional introduced through Your Savvy Move.
This wording is a draft for review by Kimi's broker before publication. We will not describe the matching service as financially neutral, because a referral fee may be earned.
