Real estate services are offered through Metro First Realty of Edmond, an Oklahoma real estate brokerage. Oklahoma licensees are regulated by the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission, which publishes license status, required disclosures, and the brokerage relationships notice.

Browsing this site or submitting the contact form does not create a brokerage relationship. A representation relationship is established only through a written agreement.
Referrals and the nationwide matching service
If you are moving outside Kimi's service area and ask for an introduction, Your Savvy Move researches professionals serving your destination and proposes one introduction. That research begins after you submit a request; we do not maintain a pre-selected partner in every market and do not claim to. Your information is not sold, not broadcast, and not sent to multiple agents, and it is not shared with any outside professional until you approve that specific introduction.
Referral compensation disclosure — draft pending broker review
Your Savvy Move and Kimi George, REALTOR®, of Metro First Realty of Edmond may receive a referral fee from the real estate brokerage that ultimately assists you. Referral arrangements between licensed brokerages are customary in the industry. Any referral fee is paid brokerage-to-brokerage out of the assisting brokerage's commission and does not increase the cost of real estate brokerage services to you. You are never obligated to work with a professional introduced through Your Savvy Move, and declining an introduction costs you nothing.
Where your information goes
Requests submitted through this site are stored in Your Savvy Move's secure database and delivered to Kimi George for review. Only Kimi and authorized administrators can view them. Outside real estate professionals receive no information about you unless and until you approve a named introduction.
